Over the past 20 years, Worman has been most interested in urban development.  Our specialty has been finding “gaps” within our urban spaces that allow additional density to be sensitively integrated into existing neighbourhoods.  It is our hope that our infill projects enhance the neighbourhood in which they are built and ultimately then, our city as a whole.   1097 Dilworth is a site that is completely underutilized despite its amazingly central location.
